Maido is the founder and leader of IITEE. He ensures that we move in the right direction and reminds us our goals. Maido is fully practical, like one of our German partners pointed out a "Self-Made Man". In his personal qualities hardware belong positivity, openness, systematic thinking and irresistible wish to do things better.
Before establishing IITEE Maido worked 7 years in cooperation Novaterra Trade, where he started as IT-technic and ended as member of board and managing director (3 years).
It makes him a valued business consultant.

Kaido is our IT service and HansaWorld family's products specialist. His every day job is to handle preventive IT maintenance jobs and to ensure that client's problems are handled operatively.
As the client's main contact person Kaido can recommend possible technical solutions and supports the client on different IT and HansaWorld themed questions.
Before joining our team Kaido worked in Canon as an IT-technic.

Raiko has the longest service record in IITEE, today his main responsibility is to develop info systems.  During the process he changes the project on paper to realistic application. Raiko operates in almost every info system development phases, starting with project writing and ending with customer`s support.
It gives him a good overview of client`s business processes and needs what enables him to recommend for concrete task different technical solutions.
Before joining our team Raiko worked in Univercity of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy as an IT-technic.

Janek's main responsibility is development of IiTeeCMS and web shops. His every day working tools are HTML, PHP, CSS, MySQL and JavaScript. The purpose is to create a web page based on client needs.
Before joining IITEE Janek has cooperated in international programming projects and was a co-developer in freeware CMS.
